4.2MW YQW series gas-fired horizontal thermal fluid heater project in Kazakhstan
ZOZEN hasbeen implementing the Belt and Road initiative all the time. Qingdao United Zhenye Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltdcarried out anin-depth cooperation with Kazakhstan on environmental protection technology of oil fields. ZOZEN provided stable and efficient thermal energy for the project. The first batch of YQW series thermal fluid heaters and WNS gas-fired steam boilers has beendelivered to Kazakhstan. It indicated that ZOZEN has gotthe affirmation of users in Kazakhstan again.
The Belt and Road projectaimsto reduce the problems of environmental pollution and lifting costs throughthe application of environmental protection technologies. Stable and efficient boilers are necessary to ensure the progress of the project. As a leader of domestic industrial boilers, ZOZEN has perfect production processes with blanking NC rate ≥80%. The steel tube cutting of YQW series thermal fluid heaters adopts CNC three-dimensional laser cutting machineand the machining accuracy is controlled within 1 mm. In terms of the welding process, the butt welding of steel tubes adopts the automatic argon arc welding process, and the real-time X-ray imaging of the welding seams is performed to prevent unqualified ones from entering the next process. The production of round coil adopts CNC coil production line, which can be formed at one time without shaping. Itprolongs the lifespan of the thermal fluid heaters. In order to reduce thermal energy loss, ZOZEN adopts various energy-saving devices to recover the waste heat of high-temperature flue gas, which improves the overall thermal efficiency of the heaterto above 95%.
Thefirst batch of ZOZEN YQW series thermal fluid heaters and WNS series gas-fired steam boilers hadentered the installation stage. The boilers couldbe put into operation by just connecting gas and electricity. The feature of simple installation hadsaved a lot of capital construction investment. The remaining gas-fired boilers wouldbe delivered in four batches. We werelooking forward to reachinga long-term cooperation with ZOZEN to achieveawin-win situation.
